Beginner's Guide To The Forums!

|
So, you're new to this place and wondering where and how to get started. Well, fear not, help is here. At first glance the forums may look very complicated and posting may seem very foreign, but its really not that bad. One of the most important things for beginners is learning where to post and what different sections are for.
Lets break down the sections (and what they are here for) as they appear on the forum
Beginners Start Here
This section is for beginners and newcomers to the forums. This is where you can introduce yourself and become oriented to the forums. Learn how to post, what different sections are for and how to find the info you're searching for.
Comments And Suggestions
Last but certainly not least is our comments and suggestions section. If you have any comments or suggestions for us, feel free to post them in here. We are actively reviewing this section and implementing ideas. Your is priceless to us.
So how do you post?
Well, first off you'll need to be registered. There are absolutely no fees and we will not be distributing your e-mail address or sending you mindless spam. We hate spam ourselves! We will however give you an inbox and a title on the forums. That means that you can send private messages back and forth with other users so that nobody else but the two of you can read (you could be discussing a personal problem or something related to fitness that you dont want published, whatever the case, you have a private message box).
Once you are signed in you can simply click on the "Quick Reply" button at the bottom of the page and type whatever it is that you want to type then hit submit. You can also simply click on "Post Reply" this allows you to add colors, different fonts, smiley faces and the like to your posts.
What to do if you have a problem?
If you have any problems at all please feel free to email our administrator Peter@nutricraze.com you can also get in contact with our moderators who will be happy to help you out as best as possible.
Good Luck and Enjoy!!!
