In many parts of the country, limes are most affordable during the summer months, which is one reason, but certainly not the only one, to make this ambrosial fruit ice.
1. In a large bowl, combine pineapple juice concentrate, orange juice concentrate, apricot nectar, lime juice, and corn syrup. Pour into container of ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions. 2. Transfer to a freezer container and freeze until firm.
